You will be supported as I hold space for you while you have an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, gain a true understanding of who you are now. Together, we can then reset your expectations and if suitable, set realistic goals that align to your passions and priorities.

1:1 Coaching Sessions are held via Zoom or in person in Frankston.

Come and meet your village!

A women’s circle to connect with like minded people in your community who are right there with you, going through the challenges of parenthood too.

Held in person at the beautiful Indah Health Studio.

Workshops

The whole Emma Reddie Connection experience.

A day of meditation, journalling and self exploring to truly understand who you are and what brought you to this moment of your life and prepare yourself for what comes next. 

Half Day

Reconnect Workshop

An opportunity to be truly present and reconnect with this current version of you.

You will be guided through the Emma Reddie Connection Reconnect Program where you will dive deep to release the past, embrace and accept your present and prepare for and be excited by the future.

Reignite Workshop

Let’s reignite that career flame!

You will be guided through the Emma Reddie Connection Reignite Program where you will gain clarity and confidence with your current skill set and be equipped with the tools to make that career change, whether it is applying for a promotion, returning to the paid workforce or starting a whole new career.

This practical workshop will prepare you to update your CV, define your ‘Dream Job’ and pave a new path for this next stage of your career journey.
